APPLICATION FOR RECORDING STATEMENT U/S 164 CR.P.C.

 

          It is most respectfully prayed on behalf of the applicant above named that this Honourable Court may be pleased to record the statement of the applicant above named U/S: 164 Cr.P.C. as the applicant solemnize marriage with one Burhan Akhter Khan S/o Naseem Akhter Khan according to Sharia,  but one the father of applicant lodged a false and fabricated FIR against Burhan Akhter Khan, It is submitted that on the coercion and under the threats of my father and police I was recorded false statement against the accused, hence this Honourable Court may be pleased to record the statement of the applicant U/S: 164 Cr.P.C. in the interest of justice and equity. (Copy of Nikkahnama and FIR is are enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of this Honourable Court).

            I, _________W/o Burhan Akhter Khan, Muslim, Adult, resident of Korangi No.5, District Korangi, Karachi, do hereby state on Oath as under:

 

1.                             That I am deponent of this affidavit as well as applicant in the above titled case, as such am fully conversant with the facts stated herein.

 

2.                             That the accompanying application for Permission to record Statements U/s 164 Cr.P.C. has been drafted and filed under my specific instructions, contents whereof are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
