DIVORCE DEED

I, ____________ S/O ____________ by caste _______, Muslim Adult R/O __________________ holding CNIC No _____________ had contracted marriage with you Mst. Amnat D/o Niaz Hussain Gopang Muslim, Adult about 8 years ago according to Muhammadan Law in Dadu. The Nikahnama is not reduce in writing. We lived together as husband and wife. In the early days of our marriage we lived in nuptial bliss but in the course of time, the differences between you and me began to develop because you proved to be disobedient wife which we, despite compromise efforts from both sides, could not  settle amicably  nor there is any immediate prospect of the same in future.

  Now that it is impossible for you and me to live in the bond of marriage as Husband and wife any longer so I pronounce you divorce by uttering the following words.

From today you are no more my wife. You are free to lead your life any way you like and marry any person as and when you desire. That the divorce announced by me is final/irrevocable and the question of  any Rujuh or reconciliation does not arise. That the divorce  pronounce  by me willingly, in  perfect  health and mental state, without any coercion, duress and undue influences.

However, At the time of our Nikah, I had given Haqmehar in the shape of a pair of Jhala amounting rupees five thousand (5000). So also your parents had given you dowry articles viz. Big Iron Box, Iron Almirh ,Wooden Showcase, Water set, Blanket one & Two Cotton Quilts ( Sawar). Which are lying in my house. You may take them whenever you like.
