NOW THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-

1.     To prosecute, defend above said F.C suit, application, petitions, complaints, to appoint / remove Advocate, Agent, Lawyer, Pleader, Legal Practitioner, Sub-Attorney, to sign their powers, to sign and verify plaints, applications, petitions, complaints, written statement, to swear affidavits, to receive summons, notice, writs etc. issued against us by any Court or legal authority.

2.     To file appeals ,revisions, review, execution, compromise applications, affidavits to etc, concerning the said property .

AND GENERALLY to perform and execute all lawful deeds, acts matters and things, for purpose mentioned hereinabove, for the management and our said property, and all such acts, deeds, done or cause to be done by our said Attorney shall have the same effect as having been done ourselves as if personally present and shall be binding on us, our heirs, successors, creditors and assigns.
