I, Mst.Shanna D/o Imam Bux  Muslim, adult by caste Khoso R/o Hussainabad Colony  Johi Town District Dadu, do here by state on oath as under:-

1.      That I am plaintiff in the instant suit hence am well conversant with the facts of the case .

2.      That this affidavit has been drafted by my counsel under my instructions which I have well understood .

3.      That the contents of the application U/O 5 rule 20 Cpc may be treated as part and parcel of this affidavit so also the contents of the suit for the seek of brevity .

4.      That this honourable court has issued summons and door pasting which have been served upon defendants No. 10 & 11 but so for they have not appeared in this Honourable court .

5.      That the substitute mode of service by way of publication in any news paper may be ordered to complete the mode of service process .

6.      That whatever is stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge in belief .
